The room and food were reasonable for what I paid, and it was easy to amend my order as I had a lot of guests change their mind or let me know about dietary restrictions quite late. The staff were nice as well.
Left a bad taste in my mouth that I ordered a bunch of soft drinks that were unopened and untouched by the end of the night and I was unable to receive a refund simply because I had offered to pay the tab upfront rather than at the end of the night. Had I known that was even an option I would have saved over £50 and while the assistant manager was very apologetic, there was no actual manager on call (on a Friday night as well) to speak to.

Fantastic affordable cosy room with really helpful staff! Loved having the TV to play a video and music. I would definitely recommend this room to all my friends and family.

We held a small memorial event at the Perseverance. The staff were great and made everything easy. I'd highly recommend this venue. Everyone was so helpful.
The room was very full. But honestly, that's just because we hit the maximum numbers (possibly a little more, i didn't count!) Not a fault of the venue at all. It meant a good atmosphere, if a bit loud with so many voices in a small space.

Communications was great throughout. Service was amazing as was the food. The room had a lovely xmas tree in it and the tables were decorated. There was 16 of us gathering for a school reunion- the setting was perfect and value for money. Would definitely book again.
