Some Folks Will Never Understand You
| It’s not your job to convince others to perceive you in a particular way. Each person’s perception is as unique as her or his thumbprint. Accept that some folks will never understand you. And that’s okay. Their opinions and perceptions are not your problem. Don’t change yourself for their benefit. Be patient, rise above, and show compassion. Live, create and continue being a loving you. Being you should be easy. Do not surround yourself with anyone who makes you just “being you,” hard for you. |
