Varying your vantage point can strengthen your ability to perceive your challenge from a different angle. If you find yourself needing to step down from a challenge for a period of time, consider the pause as an opportunity to objectively analyze, learn and discover, as well as a moment to re-map out your plans, and make any necessary changes. Sometimes the only way to change your perspective and view of your situation is to step down and look around. In some ways stepping down can actually be a way of stepping up!
